• ALL READINGS should be scheduled through the booking website (www.richardreadings.com) 

• All readings are done with a video call (Zoom). NO IN-PERSON READINGS.

• TWO READINGS MAX IN A MONTH PER PERSON. No exception. Readings are meant to be absorbed and sat with to help make decisions in your life. A period of at least two weeks is recommended.

• Payments are accepted via Credit/Debit and Paypal in USD.

• I hold the right to reject any irrelevant questions that can not be answered with the readings (ex. LOTTO TICKETS, EX’s PHONE NUMBER, MEDICAL Qs, MONEY COUNTS, LIFE AND DEATH SITUATIONS, and more.) Tarot Cards are a tool to help understand the current situation, they are not magic and will not tell you what to do. You are the owner of your decisions. I’m only here to help. 

• Weekly Schedules are subject to change as I am constantly on the move. I’ll be in communication with you in advance if your appointment is affected. 

• All Sales are final. No refunds.

• If you have a change in schedule, you must address the schedule change with me 72 hours in advanced.

• All prospective clients will need to pass through clearance before their reading can take place.

• If you misrepresent yourself in clearance, you will be denied access to your reading with no refunds.

• I maintain the right to deny access to readings for any reason.

• I maintain the right to terminate the call with no refunds if I feel that my energy is being drained, fed off of, tampered with or hacked in any way. The call will be terminated with no refunds.

• All readings are private sessions and the likenesses, identities, issues, actions or situations discussed at the time of the appointment will not be shared with anyone for any reason.
